Wash and clean rice and soak for 20mins
In the mean time clean chop onion and tomato
In a handi heat oil and add all the whole spices and let it crackle

Then add ginger and garlic paste and saute up to raw smell goes
Now add all dry spices and saute properly.
Add curd to it cook up to dry.
Then add boiled chana and cook up to oil separates.
Now add soaked rice and add water. It should be the double amount of rice.
Cover it and cook up to done
Now garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves and serve hot
